Dear Dynasty5683,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us here on Trip Advisor. Very clean, quiet, comfy beds and although right by the pool, I did not hear a thing! The AC worked great as I like my room on the cold side and it was 106 outside! I'd like to give shout outs Shannon Taylor, Sales Manager extraordinaire! What a delight to work with! She granted my every wish on very short notice and I so look forward to working with her again!. I put a last minute surprise birthday dinner together for the Prez of our company and I could not have pulled it off without Shannon! She made sure everything was perfect! The night was a great success all due to Shannon's efforts! Mike the bartender at Graze was fabulous and Jake served our party of 12 with a smile the entire night! I am sorry I do not remember the breakfast waitress' name, but she served us 3 days in a row quickly and efficiently BTW, the food at Graze is fab!!! Can't wait to see everyone again in December! Thanks everyone!!!.
